You can consider going to a local supermarket and pick up some fresh fruits, for example, peaches and grapes. They may cost more than you are used to pay for the same types of fruits in your own country but you will not be disappointed (I hope) with the quality.

What zaru soba should I try in tokyo?

I recommend Ueno Yabusoba. They have a long history and I had the best zaru soba ever at the restaurant.Other places might be Kanda Matsuya and Muromachi Sunaba. Those places had a great soba and great side dishes that go well with Japanese sake.
