where is the best sushi near tokyo station
I loved "Nemuro Hanamaru" in the shopping mall KITTE. They are a conveyor belt type sushi restaurant but has the best quality of fish among restaurants in that style. They are originally from Hokkaido. There is always a long queue which means locals love this restaurant, too!

How much is your budget for "best"? If you have $300-$500 per person budget then I would recommend using a concierge reservation service to help you with reservations. Or if you are staying at a nice hotel (such as Park Hyatt or Grand Hyatt) you can email your hotel to help you make reservation 1...

Cheapest sushi train in Shibuya?
Tenka Sushi, Ganso Sushi, Uobei are the chain conveyor sushi restaurants and provides cheap sushi. The budget might be up but Katsu in Seibu Shibuya provides quite good quality of sushi in conveyor belt style in the area.

Although you'll need to walk about 15mins from Tsukiji, (or take Oedo Line subway for 1 station and walk), "Hashida" in Kachidoki is my strong recommendation. This place preserves old, traditional atmosphere, with excellent quality of sushi like no other. Dinner is expensive (from ¥30,000~), but...
