For munafie, cosmetics (KATE, MAJORICA MAJORCA, Fasio, VISSE, etc) try looking one of drug stores. Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Daikokiya, Tsuruha, Papas, etc. Donna probably sells those. For SK II, head to department stores such as Isetan or Takashimaya in Shinjuku.
