Best Ramen in Hokkaido

I have tried "oyster ramen" in Kushiro and it was amazing. I lost the picture so I cannot show you, but there were about 10 or 15 pieces of oyster as toppings! Can you please recommend a Hokkaido antenna shop located centrally (shinjuku or maronouchi or ginza area?) I love the "pudding balls" from this company: http://www.bocca.co.jp/ And the Hokkaido shop that use to be in Shinjuku Southern Terrace has closed.
