Will I be able to see snow falling from the sky in sapporo in march?

Last weekend was snowing crazily in Sapporo! It piled up about 20cm in one day. (However, it was first time in thirty some years to have that much of snow)

Yes,of course.You can see falling  snow in the sky in March.
But it getting warm,so if you want to see beautiful snow flakes, from december to  February is better.
