Why Japanese kids and even babies don't cry?????

I don' t know why you get this kind of impression. I think Japanese kids and babies also cry... But its's true that Japanese mothers are sensitive about making noise in public space, so they are tend to stop crying their child sooner in public space such as in train or bus.
