I love tonkatsu!

Wako, Saboten, and Maisen are the three biggest tonkatsu chain restaurants. Their menus are priced pretty friendly, with often giving free refil of cabbage and rice! Their restaurants are in most of the major cities in Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. They also have combo menu which you will be able to other fried food.
Enjoy your tonkatsu!

I'd recommend Marugo in Akihabara. Their tonkatsu is juicy yet not oily and I think theirs are the best!

I've had so much tonkatsu in Tokyo but never heard of that place. Going to try it this weekend! Thank you :)

You should definitely go :) Try the expensive one, so soft yet juicy!

The best tonkatsu place, in my opinion, is Shinozaki in Gyotoku.

It's only a short ride from central Tokyo on the Tozai line.

The shop is old and looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened, but the tonkatsu is juicy and tender. The quality of the food is unbelievable. A set is less that JPY 1000. And the best part is the you can get tonjiru with all the sets. And this is some serious tonjiru.

It may be a little out of the way, but if you want to try something different from the normal chain restaurants, this place is unbeatable.
