Sushi Zanmai is a good introductory restaurant that is tourist friendly. They have various outlets in Tokyo and even in Tsukiji.
I second Nakahara san's suggestion that Tsukiji is a good spot for sushi for travelers. My favorite sushi restaurant in Tsukiji is Aozora Sandaimei. Here is a link to that restaurant:
This restaurant also has a branch at the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Ginza. But I prefer the originla store in Tsukiji.

・at Tsukiji area in Tokyo
・quality is perfect!!
Speaking of sushi, it is better for travelers to eat fish in Tsukiji where it is landing.
However, note that all the sushi restaurants in Tsukiji are not shops offering good quality and delicious sushi, but there are shops selling the same sushi as the ordinary sushi restaurant in that town.
Among them, the following shops are of good quality and taste good, not so expensive. It is not a typical sushi but a unique way to eat it. It is not much overseas.
Tokyo Sky Tree Town's 6th Floor Sushi Triton Hokkaido's shop is Hokkaido's seafood sushi.
There is popularity, there is a time to wait quite a bit. I recommend you to go time off in the evening. Please do a nice stay.
