I would recommend 2 places:

This is the shop, if you enter once, hard to leave the shop. They have the variety of Kimono and antiques as well.
- 世田谷のボロ市(Boroichi Market in Setagaya) (http://www.city.setagaya.lg.jp/setagaya/11000/11004/d00125000.html)
It is not a shop, so you have to find yourself, but I personally love this flea market.
Boro (ragged clothes) ichi Market was named because they used to sale lots of ragged clothes. You will be surprised the quantity of the Kimono there!
