Hi, there. I’d like to recommend “”Hanamaru - Udon”. I really love it, it’s just my taste, though. Udon is kind of Japanese classic noodle and that’s cheap and healthy.

Wagyu means Japanese beef and there are too many restaurants in Tokyo. Depending on your budget, you can enjoy Japanese beef in your preferred style - steak, teppanyaki, sukiyaki, yakiniku, syabu-syabu and so on.

So, please provide your budget and what style is your preference.

If you want to try Japanese style BBQ (yakiniku), check out Gyu-kaku (牛角). It is a chain but serves wagyu with good price.

BTW, Tsukishima (月島) is famous for Monja-yaki, local in Tokyo. My friend used to live in there and recommends a restaurant called "Mon-kichi". Do not forget to order Monja-yaki with mocha (rice cake), cheese, and mentaiko (walleye pollack roe) :) http://www.monja.gr.jp/

Wagyu is not so bad and you will find some good restaurants easily (e.g. ask the staff who are staying  at accommodation.) Furthermore I'd like to recommend Syabu-syabu ,Sukiyaki or Monjayaki. Especially I'd like to recommend strongly Monjayaki. There are many restaurants whuch are designed in Japanese specific style in Tukishima area where can access by Oedo line or Yurakucyo line easily. Plese refer to above.
