Hi, I need to find a restaurant to book new year's eve diner, it's a gift I want to do to some friends in their honeymoon trip to Tokio. And I'm finding lots of difficulties to book and prepay it.

It might be hard to book a table on New Year's Eve unless you make reservation early. There are some online services that allows you to book a table.

It's basically impossible to reserve the restaurant on the New Year's Eve yourself. However, there are so many travel agents who do this service instead of you. Their service fee is very adequate.
