Hi...is that your entire itinerary? Are you returning to Tokyo or leaving Japan through KIX?
Given what you write, you are not  traveling enough to make a JR Pass pay off. For Hakone, you can save some money with a Hakone Free Pass. If you can't use a JR Pass to save money, you could use a Kansai Area Pass to go from Osaka to Himeji cheaply.

Then you simply don't travel enough to make a JR Pass pay off.

It seems like you are going to travel a lot around Japan. Japan Rail Pass is worth it if you are traveling long distances and using Shinkansen (bullet trains). The one-way ticket of Shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto costs about 13,000 yen.
Strawberry picking usually open from January but "Grandberry" in Osaka seems to open in December. They don't say the specific opening date on their website yet. It's easy to access from central Osaka, 10 mins by car, and you need a reservation.
