I heard Tsukijii Fish Market is closed to tourist tours. If I go is there still parts of the market worthwhile to see?

Tsukiji Fish Market is discussing to move from Tsukiji to Toyosu, but this is limited to professional areas.
"Jougai", meaning the outside of the market, where about 400 shops are operated, will be left in Tsukiji. Might feel a bit more touristic than "Jounai", the inside of the market", but still there are great street food and products good for souvenirs.
The date to move to Toyosu has not been decided yet, (it used to be November 2016 but there are some issues in Toyosu and being delayed) and it seems like tuna auctions are still open to tourists.
