I am planning to go to Kyoto, Gifu and Ozaka. Is it worth it to buy 7-day all access Shinkansen?

It's not far from Osaka to Kyoto.  It takes roughly 30mins by express train (unnecessary to take Shinkansen ticket, just general ticket).

And, to remind you, Shin Osaka is the station for Shinkansen. Osaka is the station for local train.

I see, how about this? [Ordinary Car] 7 Day Whole Japan Rail Pass JR pass for 7 days unlimited travel around Japan https://www.klook.com/activity/1420

It's convenient but it seems expensive and depends on where you want to visit. You cannot use it for subway. There are several pass cards for Kyoto and Osaka. Those may be cheaper and more convenient.

Without giving your whole itinerary, nobody can really answer this. If you travel a lot on a JR Pass, you can save a lot of money. But if you don't, you could lose a lot on a JR Pass too.

It could be that one of the regional rail passes might serve you better. You need to do some research and find out.
