Do you know if fish are frozen before serving as sushi?

It depends on the sushi place and the kind of fish. It tends to be good places don't serve frozen fish because the quality goes down if fish is frozen. However, they don't usually write if the fish was frozen or not so it is very hard for customers to recognize before entering the restaurant.
