That is a difficult question... I am not sure if this is considered as a street food, but "moffle" maybe rare. It's a coined word of "mochi" + "Waffle". The shape is like waffle but actually it is made from mochi.
So outside is crunchy and inside is chewy. It is often served with matcha ice cream or kinako powder. I am not sure which street shop offers moffle but sometimes if you visit Izakaya or cafe in Japanese style, they may have.
