Where can I eat a good sushi, in a not touristique and not so expensive restaurant (less than 15.000 yen, in tsukuji area?

Shin Kinoshita Shin Kinoshita, Living in Japan

Although you'll need to walk about 15mins from Tsukiji, (or take Oedo Line subway for 1 station and walk), "Hashida" in Kachidoki is my strong recommendation. This place preserves old, traditional atmosphere, with excellent quality of sushi like no other.  Dinner is expensive (from ¥30,000~), but...

Moriko Moriko, Living in Japan

My favorite is Ginzan Onsen in Yamagata. Ginzan onsen is a onsen district with old Japanese style buildings still stand on the side of the river.
