About

Fully skilled artisans who dedicated their whole life to Yakitori change flavors; salt, sauce, and soy sauce, and conditions of fire for each 40 different part of chickens according to its characteristics.
We have the strong relationship with Kenzo Estate, who produces premium Napa Valley wines, and we stock unique labels and vintage which other restaurants cannot provide.
