Hi there!
There are lots of local Izakayas and other delicious restaurants in Tokyo, but unfortunately, they are likely not to have English menus nor English speaking staffs.
My partner and I will take you to such places and support your interactions with local culture. I would love to give you some recommendations on the menu as well.
Let's have a fun time diving into local culture in Japan, and have a great conversation together!

[Profile of the host]

Hi, I'm Mari.
I have been living in Tokyo more than ten years and I think I know around Tokyo pretty much.
I am a user experience designer and looking for chances to meet new friends and get new perspectives. I used to work for a web marketing company and now I am a member of Hub Japan team.
I have lived in Spain, Mexico, U.S., and Canada, so I speak both English and Japanese fluently. I love to eat and exchange topics about different cultures. I hope I can make many new friends through my plans!
