Explore the world of anime and subculture in the "holy land of otaku".
What you can expectNakano is known to be the "holy land of otaku". In contrast to Akihabara which has all the newest and most popular works of anime and its merchandise, Nakano is a place that has a series of much more maniacal anime merchandise. These include anime from older generations that are still loved to this day and the less mainstream anime. Unlike Akihabara, all the shops are huddled together in the same area in Nakano, so you will probably find it much easier here to tick the things off your shopping list. Shop and window shop for figures, cosplay costumes, second-hand books and games, fanzines, etc. and immerse yourself in the world of otaku.
Highlights- Enjoy shopping in Nakano which has more of a maniacal selection of merchandise and places to visit, compared to Akihabara!
