Sea Urchin aka Uni is one of my favorite sea food. It has such a rich, concentrated flavor and creamy textured that I can never get enough of it.

Although, I found one place where they serve so much Uni on one plate that I've almost reached my limit. All of those Uni came from different regions and have unique and very distinguished flavor. If you're a crazy Uni fan like myself - Tsukiji Itadori Bekkan is definitely a must visit place for you in Tokyo.

This bowl will cost you around $40, which is a very good price considering how much Japanese Uni costs in the US. But if you're not head over heels about see urchin, I also recommend you to try their donburi with assorted fish, and salmon roe. It's also very good!
