4. Rakkan Nishiazabu Gold (楽観 NISHIAZABU GOLD)

Rakkan marked the first place of ramen shops in the Roppongi area in the Japanese restaurant review site! Their smooth and clear soup is made with bonito flakes and dried sardines. And they add fresh, high-quality olive oil just before serving the bowl to customers. That adds a modern flavor to a classic soup. 5. Men-Shou Taketora Roppongi (麺匠 竹虎 六本木店)

Men-Shou Taketora’s name means “tiger in the bamboo grove” and it was chosen to give an idea of power. This ramen restaurant aims to offer a different experience to its customers by providing private dining rooms instead of just counter seats. Particularly famous is its tiger paste miso ramen, made adding the secret tiger paste. Its flavor is said to be spicy but well balanced to delight even delicate palates.

6. Ramen Kogetsu Roppongi (ラーメン香月)

Ramen Kogetsu is an activity started in 1975 in Tokyo. 10. Roppongi Ramen Tokyo Shokuhin Maruhiko (六本木らーめん 東京食品 まる彦)

Here you can find good ramen, tsukemen, and gyoza (Japanese dumplings). Roppongi Ramen Tokyo Shokuhin Maruhiko is a traditional and homely restaurant, but its presence on Facebook and Twitter clearly shows how the staff likes to be also modern.
